Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal deadlines
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and reporting requirements
- Deliver statutory and internal financial reports in accordance with both US GAAP and local GAAP standards
- Perform and review monthly journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and other key adjustments
- Manage the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
- Uphold compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial policies, supporting ongoing process improvement
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of external audits and statutory accounts, liaising with auditors and key internal stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to deliver monthly management accounts and group reporting to tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, processes, and controls
