Hayward Hawk is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to appoint an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to play a key role in supporting and maintaining critical IT systems across the business. The Role
- Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Log, track, and resolve incidents in line with service expectations
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvements
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 4 years experience in an IT support or service desk environment
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- MS Teams & Office applications
Desirable Experience
- Experience with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Exposure to firewall technologies
- Microsoft 365 Certification
