What You Will Do

  • Managing multiple customer accounts and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and securing new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiating contracts and expanding product offerings to benefit both the customer and the company.
  • Representing the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events (some UK travel required).
  • Supporting junior colleagues and sharing industry knowledge.
  • Developing expertise in market trends to anticipate customer needs and drive growth.
  • Providing product support and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Monitoring business activities and reporting key insights to stakeholders.
  • Working with engineering and product management teams to deliver new customer solutions.

What You Will Need

  • A degree (preferably in a relevant sector)
  • Minimum of 4 years in Account Management
  • Proven track record of managing and growing B2B relationships.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.#
