About the Role


This role presents an opportunity to support the founding partner across a range of functions, in a fast paced and professionally rewarding environment.


Ideally you have demonstrated experience driving impact in an executive assistant, stakeholder relations, communications or business development capacity. Time spent in private equity, investment holdings and communications firms will be highly regarded.


Your support would mean that the organisation is able to continue evolving at a rapid pace by maximising efficiency throughout leadership and each of the functions within the company.

This role requires a highly flexible and adaptable approach to your work and will entail supporting the Executive on a broad range of personal and work priorities.

Haytham & Company is a strategic advisory firm established by Ali Raza, former Chief Investment Officer of Saudi Arabia Holding. He is a board member and advisor to several firms across the globe.


The firm advises leaders on the topics of M&A, private capital, international market expansions and other commercially significant areas of enterprise.


What you will be responsible for:


  • Carry out a range of tasks for the CEO that include strategy, administration, business development, marketing and operational priorities.
  • Preparation of strategy and workshop documents for internal and partner projects.
  • Support in organising and delivering a variety of external events including workshops, conferences and summits.
  • Support across research and analysis activities related to investment, strategy and content development.
  • Maintaining activity records and intelligence within a range of digital platforms.
  • Partner development support through relationship management and prospect engagement.
  • Assisting with strategy for media engagement activities.
  • Supporting general and financial administration.
  • General email and diary management.
  • Personal management tasks.
  • Communicating directions and priorities back to internal team around strategy performance and project/operational management requirements.


Location


Candidates based in London, Dubai or Riyadh will be considered.

This is a remote/hybrid role with some travel as required.
