About Us
Backed by leading investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth, and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying. We started by solving a major gap in the mortgage market - helping customers traditional brokers often couldn’t serve. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation, and decisioning platform. Today, our technology powers eligibility, affordability, and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers. We’re growing 100%+ year on year and have proven that high performance and outstanding customer outcomes can coexist, recognised with the 2025 British Bank Award for Treating Customers Fairly and a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–12 Mortgage Advisers and take ownership of a £3M+ revenue line. Your team will be responsible for delivering approximately £50K submitted value per adviser per month, and your job is to drive performance through:
- Activity
- Pace
- Coaching
- Pipeline control
- Relentless KPI execution
You’ll be stepping into a company that’s already performing. The opportunity is to raise the bar and scale output further. If you thrive in high-volume sales environments and want to operate at speed inside a fast-scaling, tech-enabled business, this is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Leading and coaching a team of 10–12 advisers to consistently achieve submitted value targets
- Driving activity, conversion rates, and daily execution discipline
- Building a strong performance culture where KPIs are lived, not reported
- Owning pipeline health, momentum, and forecast visibility
- Using telephony, reporting, and analytics to identify performance gaps and quickly course-correct
- Developing top performers while managing underperformance decisively
- Working closely with commercial and operational leadership to improve systems, workflow, and output
What Success Looks Like
- Advisers consistently hitting or exceeding submitted value targets (~£50K per adviser/month)
- High activity levels combined with strong conversion performance
- Clear coaching rhythm and measurable individual improvement
- Strong pipeline control with minimal stagnation
- A team culture defined by accountability, pace, and ownership
Who You Are
- Background in inside sales, contact centre, call centre, or telesales leadership
- Used to managing high-volume, KPI-driven teams where output matters
- Comfortable owning revenue outcomes — not just team engagement
- Strong coaching operator: you improve performance quickly and consistently
- Data-driven — confident using metrics, dashboards, and call analytics to drive behaviour
- High energy, commercial mindset, and bias toward action
- Financial services or regulated sales experience helpful but not required
Why Join
