Procter & Gamble — home to brands like Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head & Shoulders — is hiring a Project Architect to help shape the future of P&G\’s workplace environments across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to combine architecture, workplace strategy, AI-driven design, and digital innovation at one of the world\’s most influential consumer goods companies.

What you\’ll be doing

Project delivery across Europe

• Support Senior Project Architects in leading internal and external design teams.
• Contribute across all phases: feasibility, design briefs, basis of design, detailed design, bidding, execution, permitting and project close-out.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate stakeholders through each stage.

Workplace strategy & data-driven design

• Use occupancy, attendance and portfolio data to generate actionable workplace insights.
• Document planning principles and translate them into Design Toolkits and scalable design solutions.
• Build and manage datasets and dashboards that feed into AI and parametric tools.

AI & Parametric Design innovation

• Parameterise, script and model digital design solutions to enhance concept generation and user engagement.
• Pilot new AI design capabilities using existing market tools.
• Partner with project teams and design firms to push forward digital design automation.
