AI Engineer in Leeds

Applied AI Engineer | London | Remote | £80,000 – £95,000

We\’re working with Electrify Video on this exciting opportunity.

At Electrify, you\’ll be instrumental in building agentic workflows and data pipelines to optimize creator performance and growth, working directly with exciting YouTube creators and channels. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by putting data and technology at the heart of decision-making within a dynamic and rapidly scaling digital media company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and ship production-grade agentic workflows in Python (ideally using LangGraph).

• Support CI/CD and infra for AI services (ideally using Docker, Cloud Run & GitHub Actions).

• Optimise the cost and performance of AI services.

• Run experiments (A/B testing, user studies) on AI services, analyse impact and feed insights back into the roadmap.

• Uphold code quality (typing, tests, linting), lead reviews and mentor teammates on best practices.

• Contribute to the development, testing and maintenance of fast, reliable data pipelines when required.

What You\’ll Need:

• BSc in a STEM subject.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI/ML/Data Engineer.

• Experience in applying LLMs and developing, testing and deploying agentic systems in Python (ideally LangGraph).

• Deep knowledge of Python and relevant libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Pydantic, etc).

• Experience in designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining data pipelines (ideally using Airflow/Cloud Composer).

• Experience in deploying DevOps processes (Github, Docker, CI/CD in GitHub Actions, deploying in GCP).
