We are representing a well-established manufacturing business in the RCT area who are looking for a strong, capable Operations / Plant Manager to take full responsibility for the running of their busy site. This isn't a desk job; it's a hands-on leadership role where you'll be involved in every part of the operation: production, warehousing, maintenance, planning, quality, and health & safety. You'll be the one driving performance, setting standards, and making sure the site runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day operations across the entire site.
