A leading manufacturing business in South Wales is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining high standards and supporting continuous improvement activities throughout manufacturing operations.

The Quality Manager will take ownership of the quality function, providing guidance, support, and leadership across the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and maintaining the site's quality systems and procedures.
  • Planning and conducting internal audits and supporting external assessments.
  • Investigating quality concerns and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Analysing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Supporting customer and supplier quality activities.
