The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the engineering department, ensuring equipment reliability, team performance, and continuous improvement across site. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical support with people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of maintenance engineers on shift
- Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed effectively
- Supporting fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Driving continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

- Supporting health & safety and compliance across engineering
- Assisting with training and development of engineers
