Main Duties and Responsibilities
As an Audit Hospitality Supervisor, you will support the Audit Managers with managing their portfolio and clients. This is an intermediate role between a Senior and Assistant Manager, providing the experience of the role of a manager without the responsibility of managing a portfolio. Our specialism in hospitality ensures we are providing relevant, up to the minute and practical support to our clients. We pride ourselves on having deep-rooted knowledge in the sector and developing strong relationships with our clients. As an Audit Hospitality Supervisor, you will be required to work with hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars, leisure, and F&B businesses, of all sizes from single site and family-run, to independent groups, franchises and large corporates.
Day-to-day responsibilities below are generalised and are in no way exhaustive:
- Assisting two/three audit managers in the servicing of their clients. This may include audit planning, onsite reviews, audit completion, attending client meetings.
- Liaising with tax and other departments.
- Working with clients to answer questions and requests.
- Supervising audit staff including providing them with feedback.
- Assisting managers on one off projects such as tendering for new work and research into particular sectors or companies.
- Getting involved and leading non-client projects within the audit department.
- Other tasks as required to support the work of the firm.
