Location: Coventry Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday Opportunities: Temp-to-Perm after just 12 weeks! Day-to-Day Cover & Part-Time Available

Your new role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and classroom support to learners with SEND. Assist with personal care routines where required. Help implement individual education plans. Promote independence, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. Support classroom activities and resources. Build strong relationships with learners, staff, and families. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to the lives of young people every day.
What you\’ll need to succeed Comfortable supporting learners with personal care routines. Experience working with young people in either care settings or schools will be considered. A patient, caring, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to adapt to different needs and situations. A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
