Hays is working closely with a school in Northampton, to seek an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join their team. As a Year 4 teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping children’s lives and fostering a positive learning environment.The school is a welcoming, vibrant, and diverse community school located in west Northamptonshire.
Your duties as a Year 4 Class Teacher
As part of your new role, you will be required to:
• Prepare lessons, homework assignments and coursework materials
• Develop lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of national examinations.
• Evaluate homework and classwork in a timely manner
• Record and maintaining accurate student attendance and attainment records and grades
• Prepare regular reports for parents and attending parent’s meetings
• Behaviour and classroom management
