Year 3 Class Teacher – Part-Time, January Start

This role ispart-time, 2.5 days per week as part of a job-share from January to July 2025. Your new role
Inyour new job as a Class Teacher with Hays, you will play an essential role increating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore,learn and grow. This role is part of a job-share with another Teacher who isreturning from maternity leave. Your teaching days will be Monday and Tuesdaywith a half-day every Wednesday for PPA and collaboration with colleagues.You’ll foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues andcollaborate with other staff members toenhance the overall learning experience of the young people.

What you need to succeed
Tobe successful as a Teacher, you’ll hold Qualified Teacher Status and possess astrong working knowledge of the Primary Curriculum. As well as recentexperience working in a school setting, you’ll need to have strong behaviourmanagement skills and be prepared to adapt lessons for SEN pupils. Mostimportantly, you will be excited to work closely with another Teacher andconfident stepping in to a new school!
