This job will start in January 2025and will initially run until the February half-term in 2025, with thepossibility of being extended until the end of the summer term. Your new role

  • Create engaging lessons based onplanned objectives. Consider differentiation to ensure progression in students’learning.
  • Team plan with the parallelteacher.
  • Create clear targets, consideringprior attainment.
  • Fulfil the school’s and nationalassessment requirements. Maintain accurate records and report student progressappropriately.
  • Manage Learning SupportAssistants and other helpers in the classroom.
  • Actively engage in primary schoolduties, including supervising playtimes and leading whole school and classassemblies.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Hold QTS status.
  • Have experience of working inprimary schools in the UK especially in KS 1.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Show good standards ofprofessionalism, being well-organised and capable of working to policy andprocedure to agreed timescales.
