Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Facilities Management to lead, develop and expand their Facilities Management offering. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a standalone FM division, creating a profitable service line while taking ownership of compliance, operational delivery, client relationships and business development. The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team and play a key role in the future growth of the business. Your new role As Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the FM strategy, growing the client base and establishing a market-leading Facilities Management service. You will lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across a varied commercial property portfolio comprising office, industrial and retail assets, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, governance and customer service. Alongside operational leadership, you will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, supporting business development initiatives and building long-term relationships with clients, landlords and investors.
