Workshop joiners are required immediately for permanent roles based in the Antrim area.
Your new company
A well established and leading specialist Joinery company are looking to grow their team and have an excellent opportunity for Workshop Joiners. They are currently looking to take on a number of Workshop Joiners for their workshop based in the Antrim area.
Your new role
You will be required to carry out the prefabrication of high quality joinery products including case goods, bespoke doors, display furniture and counters using various hand and mechanised tools. You will be required to work Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 5.30pm and 7.00am to 12.00pm on Friday.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be required to have:
Post-apprenticeship experience of high quality carpentry and joinery, preferably gained in a manufacturing or shop fitting environment
Site joinery experience would be an advantage
The ability to interpret and read workshop/design drawings
Ability to work with minimum instruction in terms of cutting and building up box section components
Ability to set up work pieces and tools
The ability to process work effectively and produce quality workmanship
