Your new role
Responsible for day-to-day coordination of the workplace services for the Manchester office. Providing an excellent workplace service to internal clients, the management and coordination of all incoming and outgoing mail services, as well as supporting the management of the workplace and the health and safety of our people and the office.
Core duties will involve:
- Be the point of contact for all facilities issues
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Oversee office logistics such as mail distribution and equipment maintenance
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up appropriately
- Collaborate with various departments to support office-related needs
- Maintain a clean and organised office space
- Access control
