We are currently recruiting for a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) jobs, including opportunities supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, Speech and Language Needs, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour.

Responsibilities
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis
- Deliver small-group interventions
- Support pupils with Autism, SEMH and complex needs
- Assist with behaviour management strategies
- Encourage communication, independence and social development
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
- Help create positive learning experiences for vulnerable learners
