You will be joining an organisation that offers market-leading APC support, including in-house APC Assessors, structured training and support from a like-minded peer group who are at differing stages of the APC programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to gain exposure to high-profile projects whilst working towards becoming MRICS.

Your new role
As the APC Building Surveyor, you will assist with delivering a wide range of building surveying services with a focus on project management. You will undertake condition surveys, support with contract administration and specification writing and build relationships with clients. As you gain experience, you will take on greater levels of project responsibility and gain exposure to a wide variety of project types in order to complete your APC.

What you\’ll need to succeed
