Your new role: As the Commercial Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties by providing expert advice and high-quality management services. Within the role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge budgeting. You will support clients with strategic asset management advice such as acquisitions and disposals and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed: In order to be successful, you should have proven experience in commercial property management with a strong understanding of commercial leases. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
