Hays Education are working with Primary Schools across Halton and West Cheshire who are looking for hard-working and passionate Early Career Teachers to join their team on a supply basis from September. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed their PGCE and is keen to kickstart their career! Whether you’re looking for something which offers flexibility in the short-term or are ready to start your long-term career and build lasting relationships – these roles could be perfect for you!
Depending on experience and interests, you will be working across EYFS/KS1/KS2 and will be responsible for managing the classroom. Working alongside teaching assistants and other support staff, you will be ensuring the smooth running of the learning environment by preparing and setting up resources, planning and marking (for long-term assignments), and delivering the curriculum in a successful and engaging manner.
