Following a period of continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager / Senior Project Accountant to support project performance, financial planning, and decision-making across the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions, and working in a project-led environment.Your new roleKey responsibilities will include:Producing monthly Management Accounts and reporting on projects Reporting and analysing profitability, WIP, project costs, utilisation rates and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and risksBusiness partnering with project leads and senior stakeholders to drive commercial performanceManaging the end-to-end accounting processes for multiple projects Reviewing project profitability, budgeting, forecasting and revenue recognitionSupporting month-end reporting and providing insightful variance analysisChallenging and influencing stakeholders to improve project outcomes and financial performanceMonthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts Delivering meaningful financial information to support strategic decision-makingSupporting annual budgeting and forecasting processesDriving continuous improvement across financial controls, reporting and project accounting processesWhat you'll need to succeedACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedExperience in a Finance Manager, Project Accountant, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering roleStrong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilitiesPrior experience within a consultancy, professional services, project-based or people-led environment would be advantageousCommercially focused with xsabvtc the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insightAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of dataStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholdersWhat you'll get in return60,000
