Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant to join a leading manufacturing organisation. Are you a Part-Qualified Management Accountant looking to develop your career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are partnering with a highly successful international manufacturing business that supplies innovative solutions to a wide range of well-known global brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially focused Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, business insight, and operational support across the site:

  • Producing monthly management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
  • Monitoring financial performance against budget and analysing variances
  • Supporting stock counts and inventory management processes
  • Ensuring accurate stock valuation and reconciliation
  • Assisting with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Partnering with operational managers to improve business performance
  • Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements
