We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to take ownership of one of our flagship Public Sector Accountancy & Finance desks in Cheapside. This is a Manager level position overseeing a team of four experienced Public Sector A&F recruiters, operating across both Permanent and Temporary recruitment. You’ll be stepping into a warm and reputable area of the business, with the scope to elevate performance, grow revenue and set the long term direction of the desk.

  • Create a high performance environment where consultants are coached, supported and stretched.
  • Drive team strategy, goal setting, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Role model consistency, quality and effective pipeline management.

Commercial Ownership

  • Manage a dual desk (Perm & Temp) according to your strengths and business needs.
  • Build and execute a commercial plan for sustainable revenue growth.

Recruitment Expertise

  • Deliver full 360 recruitment at a senior level.
  • Bring a proven track record in commercial growth and team leadership while running a 360 desk.
  • Have the drive, resilience and people leadership skills to elevate both performance and culture.
