This food and beverage company based in Central London is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with all 5 days/week being in the office at 40 hours/week.
The purpose of this role is to support the organisation with an office relocation as well as handling the day-to-day office administration and management:
- Providing project support and assisting with the planning and coordination of the office relocation.
- Managing day-to-day office and facilities management.
- Supporting general H&S administration across the office.
- Providing office administration and operational support.
- Building and managing effective working relationships.
Proven experience with managing office moves/relocations is essential for this role. Previous background in broad Office Management/Coordination roles.
