A well-established and reputable architectural practice based in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. With a strong and varied pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, this is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within a supportive, stable and growing practice.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key part in overseeing and delivering projects from early concept through to completion. Working closely with directors and project leads, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations, standards and best practice
  • Overseeing project delivery across all relevant RIBA stages
  • Supporting contract administration and site inspections where required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience highly advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to project delivery
