We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to take ownership of one of our flagship Public Sector Accountancy & Finance desks in Cheapside. This role offers the chance to lead a high performing team, take responsibility for a well established market and continue your career journey within one of the most consistent, relationship driven areas of our Public Sector business.

The Opportunity
This is a Manager level position overseeing a team of four experienced Public Sector A&F recruiters, operating across both Permanent and Temporary recruitment. The desk serves Charities, Not for Profit organisations and Membership Bodies. This is a resilient and commercially rewarding market with strong repeat business.
You’ll be stepping into a warm and reputable area of the business, with the scope to elevate performance, grow revenue and set the long term direction of the desk.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading & Developing Your Team
- Create a high performance environment where consultants are coached, supported and stretched
- Drive team strategy, goal setting, performance reviews and development plans
- Role model consistency, quality and effective pipeline management
- Commercial Ownership
- Manage a dual desk (Perm & Temp) according to your strengths and business needs
- Build and execute a commercial plan for sustainable revenue growth
- Strengthen existing relationships and open new doors within Charities & Memberships
- Maintain a clear view of market trends, demand cycles and opportunities
- Recruitment Expertise
- Deliver full 360 recruitment at a senior level
- Provide trusted advice to candidates and clients
- Ensure high standards of compliance, process and customer experience
- Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership on business priorities and improvement initiatives
- Influence market approach, best practice and operational excellence within the wider team

- Are currently a Business Manager, Manager or operating at an equivalent leadership level
- Bring a proven track record in commercial growth and team leadership while running a 360 desk
- Have the drive, resilience and people leadership skills to elevate both performance and culture
