The company operates across a diverse portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from 500k to 5m, delivered through competitive tenders, framework agreements, and their own developments.
You'll be joining a close-knit commercial team of 10, with a strong, supportive culture and the opportunity to influence how the team continues to develop.
The RoleAs a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring commercial success and effective cost control.
Key responsibilities include:
