- Operating the telephone switchboard, accepting and transferring internal and external calls
- First point of contact for internal and external visitors
- Management of post
- Admin duties including scanning and filing

- The ability to communicate in the medium of Welsh
- Experience of working as a receptionist or in an admin or customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available to work full-time in the office (Monday to Friday)
- Must pass a DBS check
