Our client is a highly-respected defendant firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their Insurance Fraud team on a hybrid basis. Previous insurance litigation or fraud experience is required.
Your new role
This Fraud Solicitor role will see you:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of litigated fraud cases, primarily motor-related, with the opportunity to gain exposure to complex fraud matters.
- Assist senior solicitors on complex and high-value fraud matters.
- Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and detailed instructions for counsel.
- Represent clients at court hearings and delivering strategic litigation guidance.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and timely case progression.
- Remain up-to-date with legal developments and procedural updates to ensure compliance and best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
- Previous fraud experience or exposure to insurance litigation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
