Job Overview
As a TSA Compliance Analyst, you will support the organisation’s adherence to TSA requirements, with a particular focus on supply chain security and asset management controls. The role involves reviewing, challenging, and validating compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements, while contributing to continuous improvement of assurance and reporting practices.
Role Details
- Location: Reading (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
- Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)
- Contract Length: 26 weeks (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify non-compliance, control gaps, and inconsistencies, and support remediation activities
- Review and assess TSA compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TSA measures and their practical application
- Support consistent interpretation and implementation of TSA requirements across the organisations
Key Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or assurance roles (TSA experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong understanding of working with regulatory frameworks and defined compliance measures
- Proven ability to review processes, systems, and documentation against requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contractual or formal documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams
