Weighbridge Clerk / Office Coordinator, start ASAP, Newport, office-based, £14p/h, 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri.

Your new role: Working as a Weighbridge Clerk / Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Route planning and communicating with the drivers regarding upcoming / next day’s deliveries.
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Raising jobs on the CRM system – Waste Logic.
This is a fast-paced office environment with a focus on providing first-class customer service in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed: You'll have relevant experience of working on a weighbridge / dealing with customer orders. You'll be IT literate and comfortable picking up new systems. Previous experience of Weighbridge operation or Logistics Administration is highly advantageous.
What you'll get in return: This is a permanent role to start ASAP. This is a fully office-based role. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.00pm, half an hour for lunch, 37.5 hours per week. £14.00 per hour. The office is located in the Newport area.
