Fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS to join this Regional Contractor. A leading contractor operating across North Wales is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of work across Civil Engineering, Utilities, and M&E projects. This is a key commercial role offering long-term progression and the chance to shape delivery on major regional schemes.
The Role: As Senior QS, you will take commercial responsibility across multiple live projects, ensuring robust financial management and contract administration. You will work closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, and senior leadership to drive value, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.
- Full commercial management across Civils, M&E or Utilities packages
- NEC contract administration (Options A, C & E desirable)
- Managing change control and compensation events
- Leading commercial meetings and presenting key financial data
About You: You’ll be a capable, confident Senior QS with a strong background in Civils, Utilities or M&E engineering and hands-on experience working under NEC contracts. Proven QS/Senior QS experience, strong NEC contract knowledge, and ability to manage commercial reporting independently.
