A leading global organisation with a strong presence in the technical operations and life‑sciences sector is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its high‑performing HR function. Operating within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, the business is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. You will be joining a forward‑thinking HR team that plays a pivotal role in shaping people strategy and supporting long‑term organisational growth.

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and driving a positive, high‑performance culture across the site. You will be firm, driven and assertive where required, whilst remaining approachable and enthusiastic. This is a strategic and hands‑on generalist role where you will:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
  • Lead and embed performance management processes, ensuring effective goal‑setting, feedback and development planning.
  • Support employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
  • Drive engagement through HR campaigns, onboarding, culture initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights that inform decision‑making and enhance people management practices.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence across compensation & benefits, learning & development, and recruitment.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects focused on talent development, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, promoting a unified, collaborative approach to people management.
  • Ensure HR documentation, data and reporting are accurate, compliant and well‑maintained.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast‑paced environment (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, technical operations ideally).
  • Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading change and supporting cultural transformation.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum) and a relevant degree; Level 7 or advanced HR/OD qualifications are advantageous.
