Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Leader to lead revenue growth, develop high-performing teams and strengthen key customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Strategic Accounts who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to account growth and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities and implementing sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.

  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales and account management teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic customers.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and sales performance reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements.
  • Develop and improve sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworks.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support wider business objectives.
  • Maintain full ownership of commercial performance and profitability.
