Temporary Contract | Immediate StartWe are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support a key finance project within a busy and complex environment. This role will involve reconciling accounts, investigating historic discrepancies, resolving outstanding queries, and navigating multiple income streams and funding sources. You will need to quickly understand complex billing arrangements and confidently work independently with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile customer accounts and investigate historic issuesResolve complex billing and payment queriesReview and allocate income from multiple funding sourcesAnalyse aged debt and identify root causes of discrepanciesImprove processes and help bring control to a busy credit functionAbout YouProven credit control experience (within the care sector - would be ideal)Strong reconciliation and investigative skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and complex queriesAble to work independently and solve problems without extensive trainingExperience of complex billing, funding streams, and income allocationThis opportunity would suit a senior Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys coming into challenging environments, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
