This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded business with an international client base and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of London Market claims. Your new roleAs a Claims Broker, you will be responsible for managing Delegated Authority and Facultative claims from notification through to settlement, acting as a key liaison between clients, brokers, insurers, Coverholders and other market stakeholders.
You will broker claims into the London Market, monitor claims progression, resolve queries and ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The role will involve regular interaction with Italian-speaking clients and stakeholders, making fluency in Italian an essential requirement.
You will also utilise Lloyd's systems, including ECF and CLASS, and play a key role in maintaining high service standards across the claims function. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this position, you will have previous Claims Broking or Claims Handling experience within the Lloyd's and/or London Market.
You will possess a strong understanding of Delegated Authority and/or Facultative business and be confident using Lloyd's claims systems, including ECF and CLASS.You must be a fluent Italian speaker, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and market contacts.
Previous Casualty claims experience would be highly advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of London Market claims processes and stakeholder management.
