Working closely withsenior leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping bonus and incentiveprogrammes, using data and insight to support business decisions and challengetraditional approaches to reward.
A particular focus will be helping thebusiness move beyond purely company-wide performance measures and explore newways of recognising individual and team contribution.
What you'll be doing
Leading reward analysis,modelling and bonus calculations Supporting the design anddevelopment of incentive schemes Partnering with seniorstakeholders across the business Providing data-driven rewardinsights and recommendations Translating complex rewardinformation into practical business decisions Contributing to a number ofexciting reward projects during a period of transformation About you You'll likely comefrom a Reward background and becomfortable balancing technical reward expertise with strong stakeholdermanagement.
