With a strong reputation for providing high-quality project management services, they work closely with clients to successfully deliver fit-out, refurbishment and capital improvement projects nationwide.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of retail projects from initial instruction through to completion.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Typical projects may include: Retail fit-outsStore refurbishmentsRollout programmesAsset enhancement worksOccupier alterationsPlanned maintenance and capital works projectsKey responsibilities will include: Managing projects through all stages of deliveryActing as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersPreparing and managing project programmesCoordinating consultants, contractors and project teamsMonitoring project costs and budgetsIdentifying and mitigating project risksChairing project meetings and providing regular reportsUndertaking site visits and inspectionsManaging procurement and tender processesEnsuring compliance with health and safety requirementsDriving projects to successful completion while maintaining excellent client relationshipsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering retail construction projects and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
