As a trusted business partner to functional teams across the UK&I business, you will advise on broad commercial transactions, negotiate and review business-critical commercial agreements and support ongoing internal legal compliance matters.
The role will further entail advising on occasional real estate transactions, analysing disputes, supporting on advertising and marketing matters and advising on data privacy elements.
You will need to be ready to work from the West London offices three times per week.What you'll need to succeedCandidates must be qualified lawyers in England & Wales, with unrestricted UK working rights; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Candidates should have some measure of in-house experience in a commercial environment.
Exposure within the retail, FMCG or consumer industries is valued but is not essential.
