Your new roleReporting directly to the CFO, this role takes ownership for the corporate finance function as Investment and Investor Relations Manager.
You will lead a small corp finance team, working closely with operational business leaders and well-supported by the commercial finance team. Duties: Ownership of group capital strategyBuild and maintain financial model suite including development appraisals and cashflow forecastingInvestor reportingFinancial planning and analysisWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant with a corporate finance background, ideally facing into the real estate sector.
Experience working with operational and financing models for real estate deals will be important.
