Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you'll lead the delivery of statutory accounts, manage the external audit process, oversee regulatory reporting and coordinate tax compliance activities across the group.
Your new roleKey Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and technical accounting disclosures.
Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the year-end audit process.
Support the delivery of insurance regulatory and solvency reporting requirements.
Oversee corporate tax compliance activities, indirect taxes and wider finance-related filings.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns across multiple entities.
Maintain and strengthen financial reporting controls, governance and documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes through automation and technology.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior finance professionals and wider stakeholders.
