Your new role Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will be: Producing financial analysis and performance reporting across the property portfolio.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes.
Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities, acquisitions and developments.
Partnering with asset management and property teams to provide commercial insights.
Analysing rental income, service charge performance and occupancy trends.
Preparing cash flow forecasts and monitoring portfolio liquidity.
Supporting month-end reporting, variance analysis and board reporting packs.
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial systems. What you'll need to succeed You will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant role.
Experience within property, real estate or construction.
You will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities and the confidence to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
