This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses through to larger multinational organisations, providing strategic employment tax advice across a broad range of complex matters.
The role would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys combining technical expertise, client relationship management, leadership and business development.
The Role:
As Employment Tax Director, you will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the business, helping to drive growth and the success of the Employment Tax Service line.
You will lead the delivery of advisory projects, develop client relationships, mentor junior team members and help identify opportunities to expand services. xohmjla Advising clients on a broad range of employment tax matters including PAYE, National Insurance, employment status, CIS etc. Providing advice on benefits and expenses, P11Ds and PAYE settlement AgreementsManaging and developing a portfolio of client relationshipsLeading and mentoring a team of employment tax professionalsWorking alongside partners on business development initiatives, pitches and proposalsIdentifying opportunities to generate new work and cross-sell services across the wider businessAbout you: Extensive employment tax experience gained within a professional services environmentATT, CTA or equivalent relevant experienceStrong technical knowledge covering employment tax advisory and compliance mattersExperience managing HMRC enquiries and investigationsA commercial mindset with the ability to build client relationshipsProven experience leading teamsA track record of contributing to revenue growthIf you would be interested in discussing this role in more detail, please do let me know.
