An opportunity not to be missed!!Your new roleYou will be working closely with the fantastic senior leadership team to support the development and management of corporate and fiduciary services in London.
You will hold responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services while maintaining strong client relationships.
You will have the responsibility of managing a small team (who are fantastic).
Key responsibilities include:
Leading client service delivery across complex governance structures.
Acting as a director and authorised signatory for client entities where required.
Providing expert technical guidance on company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Supporting business development initiatives, client pitches and strategic projects.
Managing and developing governance professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery.
Collaborating with legal, risk and compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance and governance best practice.
What you'll need to succeed: A Law degree or Chartered Governance Professional/Company Secretary (FCG) qualification.
Extensive technical knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance and company secretarial practice.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and client relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage complex governance matters, identify and mitigate risk, and work independently. A proactive, service-focused approach with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
Previous experience within a corporate services, governance or fiduciary services environment would be advantageous.
