From developing client briefings, stakeholder engagement, design delivery, construction coordination and handover.Key Responsibilities • Deliver healthcare projects from concept to completion• Lead technical stages and prepare feasibility reports• Manage NHS and private-sector projects• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholdersAbout you • ARB-registered Architect• Strong design and technical capability• Working knowledge of HBNs, HTMs and UK Building Regulations• Proficient in Revit and confident working in BIM environments• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach• Highly organised, with leadership potential and pride in your work• Experience across multiple RIBA stages• Ability to manage multiple work streams• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teamsThe PracticeA London-based multidisciplinary team of Architects, Building Consultants and Structural Engineers, highly ranked among the UK’s top consultancies and architectural practices.
