b Overview /b p In this role you join a well-funded independent valuations practice to deliver technical valuations across shares, share plans, tax advisory and M A for PE/VC clients. You will work closely with senior valuation professionals to produce rigorous reports and expert input, with no expectation to lead business development. The position offers ground-floor exposure in a challenger boutique with strong international collaboration. You’ll be motivated by precise modelling, complex financials and respected client work that shapes value for clients. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li CFA study support on offer /li li bonus 10-40% paid biannually /li li share incentive scheme (length of service triggered) /li li hybrid working /li li international collaboration opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver technical valuation inputs and results for diverse mandates /li li Valuations for shares, share plans (MIPs, LTIPs), options schemes /li li Tax advisory, M A valuations, portfolio valuations for PE/VC clients /li li Produce expert work reports (SJE matters) as needed /li li Collaborate with Partners and senior valuation professionals /li li Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and deliverables /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 2 years valuation advisory experience in an accounting firm or equivalent /li li Significant experience in valuations for financial reporting /li li Strong modelling and numerical skills /li li Innate mathematical mindset and deep engagement with valuation models /li li Comfort working as an independent contributor without BD expectations /li /ul ul li detail-oriented /li li independent /li li analytical /li li valuation modelling /li li financial reporting valuations /li li PPA involvement (for PE) /li /ul
