Your new company
You will work for an internationally leading real estate agency, who operate across logistics, retail, commercial, residential and hospitality
Your new role
You will work in the Birmingham office, within their valuation team, as a Valuation Surveyor, or Senior surveyor. You will work with both commercial and residential properties, however if you have a preference, they are happy for you to lean towards that sector.
You will work with valuations from inception to completion, preparing reports, valuations, submissions and guidance. You will build and expand relationships with clients, and continue to deliver excellent customer service throughout
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be MRICS qualified or equivalent, and be keen to work within a team, for a leading and thriving business. You will have experience in valuations, and be keen to work in an award winning team.
