Job Overview: We are looking for a UX Researcher to join a collaborative Product Design team, driving user-centered research across digital products. You will play a key role in shaping customer experiences by delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid)

Daily Rate: Flexible, Inside IR35, either through PAYE or Hays approved Umbrella company

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage UX research projects across multiple products and share insights with stakeholders
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across discovery and testing phases
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and analytics teams to align research with business goals
  • Design and execute research studies including interviews, usability testing, and workshops
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Champion user needs to enhance customer experience and digital journeys
  • Maintain documentation and communicate research outputs effectively across teams

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital research within corporate or agency environments
  • Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
  • Proficiency with remote research tools (e.g., User Testing, UserZoom)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills
  • Degree in Psychology, HCI, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
